Ingredients
  

  • Core Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • Protein Boosters:
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp nut butter

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, and protein powder.
  • Add berries and chia seeds.
  • Mix well until fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Use rolled oats for best texture (not instant).
  • Adjust liquid for desired consistency.
  • Frozen berries create a thicker, jam-like texture.
  • Store in fridge up to 3–4 days.
  • Can be eaten cold or warmed before serving.
