- Core Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- Protein Boosters:
- 1 scoop protein powder optional
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
- Optional Add-Ins:
- 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp nut butter
In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, and protein powder.
Add berries and chia seeds.
Mix well until fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.
