  • Pink food coloring
  • Blue food coloring

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together:
  • Heavy cream
  • Whole milk
  • Sugar
  • Continue whisking until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add the following ingredients:
  • Cotton candy flavoring
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Stir until fully combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into two separate bowls.
  • Add pink food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to the other. Stir gently to create soft pastel colors.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour for best results.
  • Pour the mixtures into an ice cream maker, alternating colors to create a swirl effect.
  • Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually 20–25 minutes) until the mixture thickens to a soft-serve consistency.
  • Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm.
  • Before serving, top with cotton candy, sprinkles, or waffle cone pieces.
