Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk whole, almond, oat, or soy
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg sprinkle
  • A shot of espresso for a pumpkin spice latte version
  • Protein powder or collagen optional

Instructions
 

  • Warm the Base: Combine milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup (or honey) in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk occasionally until warm — do not boil.
  • Add Flavor: Stir in vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
