Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries Provide natural sweetness and vibrant flavor.
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream Gives the ice cream its creamy texture and rich taste.
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Adds sweetness and helps achieve creamy consistency.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Chopped Nuts Add a bit of crunch.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Slice them to help release their juices.
  • Mash the strawberries in a bowl, leaving some chunks for texture.

Making Ice Cream Base

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
  • Fold in the mashed strawberries until evenly incorporated.

Freezing

  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Cover the container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • Once fully frozen, scoop out the strawberry ice cream and enjoy.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh, in-season strawberries. Allow ice cream to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping to make serving easier. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
