- 1 cup buttermilk or milk + splash of vinegar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 2 eggs beaten
- Oil for frying
Soak chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 20 minutes.
