- ⅓ cup honey
- 3–4 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Optional: 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp sesame oil, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, sesame seeds
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add optional ginger or sesame oil if desired.
Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray or line with foil. Place salmon fillets in a single layer.
