- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk or 2% milk
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Step 1 – Prep Oven and Dish:
