Ingredients
  

  • Pinwheels
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce very dry
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Creamy Spread
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Italian dressing
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • Banana pepper rings patted dry
  • Thinly sliced tomatoes seeds removed
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Fresh basil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Spread
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Italian dressing, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Prep Ingredients
  • Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Pat lettuce and any vegetables completely dry to prevent sogginess.
  • Spread & Layer
  • Spread a thin, even layer of cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, covering edge to edge.
  • Layer salami and pepperoni evenly.
  • Add provolone slices.
  • Sprinkle lettuce and red onion lightly over the top.
  • Roll Tightly
  • Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  • Chill
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up for clean slicing.
  • Slice & Serve
  • Remove plastic wrap.
  • Trim ends for clean edges.
  • Slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.
  • Wipe knife clean between cuts for neat spirals.
