Ingredients
  

  • For the Mocktail:
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup blue curaçao syrup non-alcoholic
  • ¼ cup cream of coconut like Coco Lopez
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lemonade
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • For the Frosted Rim:
  • Corn syrup or honey for dipping
  • Shredded coconut or blue sugar crystals
  • Optional Garnishes:
  • Pineapple slices or maraschino cherries
  • Whipped cream or edible glitter

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 — Frost the Glass Rim
  • Pour corn syrup or honey onto a small plate.
  • Dip glass rims into the syrup, then roll in shredded coconut or blue sugar.

  • Step 2 — Blend the Mocktail
  • In a blender, combine pineapple juice, blue curaçao syrup, cream of coconut, lemon juice, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and frosty.

  • Step 3 — Pour and Garnish
  • Pour into prepared glasses.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges or cherries.
