- 2 large chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs sliced
- 2 –3 jalapeños sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger optional
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: cornstarch for thickening
- Optional: green onions for garnish
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and jalapeños and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and honey, stirring to combine.
Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
