  • 1 cup Oats Rolled or quick oats work well.
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour Optional, can be omitted.

Preparation

  • Gather Your Ingredients: Ensure you have all your ingredients measured and ready for a seamless preparation.
  • Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, and almond flour if using.
  • Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until everything is well incorporated.
  • Press into a Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Press the mixture evenly into the pan, spreading it out firmly with a spatula.
  • Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the mixture firms up.
  • Cut and Serve: Once set, cut into bars or squares. They’re now ready to enjoy!
