Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Total Time 5 minutes mins
- Core Ingredients
- 1 –2 ripe mangoes peeled and chopped (or 1–2 cups frozen mango chunks)
- 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
- 1 –2 tsp honey agave, or preferred natural sweetener
- ½ cup ice cubes
- Optional Boosters
- 1 banana for extra creaminess
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
- ¼ cup coconut milk for tropical flavor
- Protein powder for an energizing boost
- 1 tsp lime juice for a citrusy kick
Step 1 – Prep the Mango
Slice fresh mango around the pit and scoop out the flesh.
If using frozen mango, no prep is needed—frozen chunks help create a thicker smoothie.
Step 2 – Blend Ingredients
Add mango, milk, yogurt, ice, and sweetener to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency: add milk if too thick, or more frozen mango/ice if too thin.
Step 3 – Adjust Flavor
Add banana, lime juice, coconut milk, or ginger to customize flavor and sweetness.
Blend again for even texture.
Step 4 – Serve
Pour into chilled glasses or jars.
Optional toppings: fresh mango slices, chia seeds, coconut flakes, or a mint sprig.
Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
