- 1 apple grated (excess moisture squeezed out)
- 4 burger buns
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional toppings: lettuce tomato, cheese, onions
Grate the apple and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated apple, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
