- For the chicken:
- 1½ lbs chicken thighs or breasts cut into cubes
- For the marinade:
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional additions:
- Red onion chunks
- Bell peppers
- Fresh parsley
In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, salt, and pepper.
