  • 1 pre-made or homemade pie crust graham cracker or cookie crust
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese or mascarpone, room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional Toppings
  • Chocolate shavings or chips
  • Extra whipped cream
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Prepare the Crust
  • If using a pre-made crust, lightly bake or chill according to package instructions.
  • For homemade crust, press crumbs evenly into a pie pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until slightly firm. Cool completely.
  • Step 2 – Make the Filling
  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, blend Nutella with cream cheese or mascarpone until smooth.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the Nutella mixture to create a light, airy filling.
  • Step 3 – Assemble the Pie
  • Pour Nutella filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
  • Step 4 – Decorate and Serve
  • Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or chopped hazelnuts.
  • Slice carefully and serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
