- 1 ½ cups milk dairy or plant-based
- 2 medium apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup chopped nuts optional
- ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries optional
Preheat Oven:
