Ingredients
  

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic minced
  • Heavy cream
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up browned bits.
  • Lower heat, stir in Parmesan until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
