- 2 –3 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- For the Orange Teriyaki Sauce:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger optional
- 1 tsp cornstarch for thickening
- Optional Garnish:
- Sesame seeds
- Green onions
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and cook salmon until flaky and cooked through, or bake at 400°F (200°C).
In a pan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Simmer and add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
Pour sauce over cooked salmon or toss gently to coat.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
