Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, kosher salt, and freshly cracked pepper to create the dressing.
  • In a large salad bowl, add arugula and sliced shallots, gently tossing to combine.
  • Layer peach slices over the arugula, followed by the torn basil.
  • Tear burrata into pieces and scatter over the salad.
  • Finally, sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
  • Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
