Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars are a creamy, refreshing frozen dessert made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and natural sweeteners. These easy no-bake frozen yogurt bars are perfect for a healthy snack or summer dessert, packed with rich peanut butter flavor and customizable toppings like chocolate chips or chopped peanuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Toppings
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or chopped peanuts if using.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula.
  • Sprinkle additional chopped peanuts or drizzle melted chocolate on top if desired.
  • Place the pan in the freezer and freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Remove from the freezer and lift the frozen mixture out of the pan using the parchment paper.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes, then cut into bars or squares.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Stir natural peanut butter well before measuring to ensure smooth mixing.
  • Allow the bars to soften slightly before cutting for clean slices.
  • Store bars in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers.
