For the Yogurt Dressing

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt Greek yogurt recommended for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for brightness
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional for added flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt To balance flavors

Preparation

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold water.
  • Peel any fruits that require peeling (such as bananas and kiwis).
  • Chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces for a colorful mixture.

Make the Yogurt Dressing

  • Set aside the dressing.
