  • 2 cups Tomatoes (preferably cherry or heirloom) Choose ripe tomatoes for the best flavor.
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tsp Dried herbs (such as oregano and thyme) For flavor enhancement.
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Adds sweetness and tang.
  • 8 oz Creamy burrata cheese Torn for serving.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling on tomatoes.
  • to taste Salt and pepper To enhance natural flavors.
  • for garnish Fresh basil Adds freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper over the tomatoes. Add balsamic vinegar.

Cooking

  • Place the dish in the oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and starting to caramelize.
  • Once done, allow the tomatoes to cool slightly, then spoon them onto a plate and finish with torn burrata and fresh basil leaves.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan while roasting. Use fresh, quality ingredients for the best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
