  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.

Marinating

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces until well coated.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours for deeper flavor.

Skewering

  • Pre-soak wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serving

  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with dipping sauce or garnished with parsley and Parmesan.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat on low heat.
