Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Pasta and toppings

  • 12 pieces jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cheese sauce (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster, shredded crab, chopped shrimp, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream, minced garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well incorporated.

Assembly and Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a layer of cheese sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Carefully fill each cooked shell with a generous portion of the seafood mixture.
  • Place the stuffed shells in the prepared dish, then drizzle additional cheese sauce on top. You may add extra mozzarella or Parmesan if desired.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

To enhance flavor, experiment with different types of seafood or adjust the cream and cheese for the desired richness. Make ahead and refrigerate without baking to save time later.
