- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- For Decorating
- Green food coloring for the Grinch’s face
- Red and white icing Santa hat and details
- Optional: sprinkles candy eyes, edible glitter

Step 1 – Prepare the Dough
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
