Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined and sticky.
  • Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  • Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut or powdered sugar to coat.
  • Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
