- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
- 20 Golden Oreos or vanilla sandwich cookies
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- Optional: fresh strawberries for garnish
- Optional: ½ cup white chocolate chips for drizzle
Line an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Crush Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries separately, then combine most of each with melted butter to create the crunch topping.
Press half the crunch mixture into the dish to form the crust.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix until creamy.
Pour cheesecake mixture over crust, smoothing the top.
Sprinkle remaining crunch mixture evenly on top and gently press down.
