- 2 steaks ribeye, filet mignon, or sirloin
- 8–10 large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter divided
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear steaks 3–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove and rest.
In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened (3–5 minutes).
Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Spoon sauce over and heat through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
