  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 –3 tablespoons diced onions or green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Ingredients for Extra Flavor
  • ½ cup diced red bell peppers for sweetness and color
  • 1 –2 jalapeños finely chopped (for spice)
  • Fresh herbs such as chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients
  • Drain canned corn or lightly steam fresh corn.
  • Dice onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
  • Mix the Dip
  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar, corn, diced onions, and any optional ingredients.
  • Season with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
