- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or alternative flour
- 1 1/4 cups plant-based milk almond, oat, or soy
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease if needed.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix beet puree, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into waffle maker.
