  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference

Preparation

  • Wash the blueberries and mint leaves.
  • Slice the watermelon into cubes, ensuring you remove any seeds if you’re using a seeded variety.

Mixing the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Assembling the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the watermelon cubes, blueberries, and crumbled feta together.
