  • 1 medium to large seedless watermelon Choose a ripe, firm watermelon.
  • optional Fresh mint leaves For garnish.

For the Strawberry Yogurt Dip

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt You can use any yogurt of your choice.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional.

Instructions
 

Preparation of Watermelon Fries

  • Slice the watermelon in half and then into wedges, about 1-inch thick.
  • Remove the rind from each wedge and cut into fry-like shapes (about 1 inch wide).

Creating the Strawberry Yogurt Dip

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • For a cooler dip, refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.

Assembly and Serving

  • Arrange the watermelon fries on a serving platter.
  • Garnish with mint leaves if using.
  • Serve the yogurt dip in a small bowl alongside the fries.

Notes
