  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whip the Ricotta

  • Blend 1–2 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  • If too thick, add a teaspoon of milk and blend again.
  • Toast the Bread
  • Toast bread until golden and crisp.
  • Oven: 400°F for 8–10 minutes
  • Toaster: Medium-high setting
  • Grill pan: 2–3 minutes per side
  • Assemble
  • Spread a generous layer of whipped ricotta on warm toast.
  • Add desired toppings.
  • Finish with a drizzle of olive oil or honey.
