Ingredients
  

  • Greens & Base Vegetables:
  • 4 cups kale spinach, or arugula (massaged if desired)
  • 2 cups roasted root vegetables carrots, beets, parsnips, or sweet potatoes
  • Fruits & Nuts:
  • 1 cup citrus segments orange, grapefruit, or blood orange
  • Β½ cup pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
  • ΒΌ cup toasted nuts walnuts, pecans, or almonds
  • Optional Proteins:
  • Grilled chicken roasted turkey, or tofu
  • Hard-boiled eggs or chickpeas for vegetarian option
  • Dressing & Flavor Enhancers:
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 –2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or citrus juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs rosemary, thyme or pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 β€” Prepare the Base
  • Wash and dry greens thoroughly.
