Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked meats
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers or onions optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional add-ins:
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Sausage
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare dough:
  • Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a flat surface.
  • Add fillings:
  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough. Add pepperoni and optional toppings, leaving a small border.
  • Roll stromboli:
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush and score:
  • Brush with olive oil, sprinkle Italian seasoning, and cut small slits on top.
  • Bake:
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve:
  • Let cool slightly, slice, and serve with marinara sauce.
