Frozen S’mores are a refreshing no-bake dessert made with layers of graham crackers, fluffy marshmallow cream, creamy chocolate pudding, and whipped topping. This easy frozen s’mores recipe delivers the classic chocolate-marshmallow flavor in a cool, creamy treat perfect for summer parties, family desserts, and make-ahead treats.

- 1 box graham crackers about 18–20 crackers
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups whipped topping divided
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- Optional Toppings
- Mini chocolate chips
- Crushed graham crackers
- Extra whipped topping
Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Arrange a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the pan, breaking crackers as needed to fully cover the base.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the marshmallow creme and 1 cup whipped topping, then mix until light and fluffy.
Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer.
Place the pan in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to firm slightly.
In another bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with 1½ cups cold milk until thick.
Fold in the remaining 1 cup whipped topping until smooth.
Spread the chocolate pudding layer evenly over the marshmallow mixture.
Place another layer of graham crackers on top.
Cover the pan and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the dessert is fully firm.
Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing into bars.
