- Wet Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter softened
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dry Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Mix-Ins:
- ¾ cup Reese’s Pieces
- ½ cup chocolate chips optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in Reese’s Pieces and optional chocolate chips.
Scoop dough into balls, place on baking sheet, and slightly flatten.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
Cool on baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack.
